[2nd-year Cleanup Thread]
Who: The students of class 2-C
What: Time to clean up the classroom.
When: Monday, April 19th
Where: Class 2-C, naturally.
"Look, I've got nothing against you, but..."
The tired-looking, lanky man glanced at his tablet and grimaced before making a halfhearted gesture of encouragement. "Someone's got to clean up this classroom. And you're the chosen ones."
The classroom wasn't precisely a mess, but it was more work than one or two people could handle. Perhaps that was why fate had dragged not just one or two people before Mr. Ishinomori, but several.
"...and by chosen ones, I mean that you all were half-asleep in class today. Sorry about that, but... I, uh. Don't make the rules."
He looked moderately uncomfortable as he gazed over the group, before looking back at the tablet and tapping it a few times with his stylus. "Just let me know when you all are finished, alright? I'll be in the... staff room."

She didn't want to be the first to say something, but... "This sucks."
no subject
Specifically, as a muttered, "What a joke." The glower towards the door Ishinomori had left through made it rather clear exactly what--or, well, who--she was talking about.

"I'm gonna go fill this at the sinks. Anybody want to come with?"
He indicated a second bucket that had been left in the small, unceremonious heap in front of the digital "blackboard".
"The faster we get to work, the faster we'll get this done!"

"I'll do dusting," she volunteered, trying not to sound too bored. She kind of wanted to just go drink a soda now but... there was no way she wanted to stand out as the first person to go over there. Guess there was no choice but to do actual work... what a bummer.
[whoever wants to be voluntold by kaito to carry water can respond]
Covering his eyes in the most mature and reasoned form of randomly selecting an assistant possible, Kaito wildly pointed around the room until his finger settled on one person.
"Bring you!"

Which was the only problem she really had with being asked to clean the classroom. She was more than happy to do it, she just didn't know where to start. Especially when someone else might want to do any given job she could start on.
"Of course, I'd be happy to!"

And so, she sighed an almost-lazy, "Thanks," while glancing about for some task to keep herself occupied. Maybe the windows.

"You wanna drink?" He asked her casually after deftly rolling himself across the room.

"Oh! Uh, um... sure? Any sodas?" she asked, trying not to look too surprised.
